No spark on right 2 burners, won't ignite
Remove the 2 burner assembly by gently lifting the rear burner and pull towards the back of the stove and the entire 2 burner assembly will slide out. Turn assembly up side down, remove all the screw on the cover with a philip screwdriver and remove cover. Once opened, you will see the ignighter, remove the 2 screws holding it in place, r
... Read moreemove and replace the ignighter and secure with two screws. Follow the 2 lead wires and remove and replace with the new wires, simply pull off old and push on new wires. Replace the cover and all the screws, slide it back onto the stove and you will have ignition! Simple install, takes about 20-30 minures. If both burners are out, this is probably the problem. If only 1 burner is out, you probably need to replace the stove burner spark.

Spark igniter out
The primary spark igniters failed. Take the (small) screws out of the sides and bottom of the pan. The front of the pan must be removed from the bottom, because the front burner igniter wire is too short to allow reassembly once attached. All four of our burners won't light and there is no clicking. The gas supply is good and they are not clogged. We can light them with a match. What hat do we need to replace
For model number JDS9860AAP
Hi MaryAnn, Thank you for the question. I suggest replacing the Ignition Switch Harness Assembly, PartSelect Number PS11744350.This harness has all 4 burner ignition switches that sit on the burner valves. If the harness is defective or one switch, the full assembly can stop operating since they are all attached to the same harness.Hope this helps!

Two sealed burners on stove -- one (2elements) no spark. Switched sides still no spark. Changed burner igniter still no spark. Lights from match. Is spark igniter set the issue?
For model number JGA8100ADB
Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. Yes, if changing the burner igniter did not fix the issue the Spark Igniter Set should fix the igniting problem. Hope this helps!

We bought a home and the grill does not light. The part that we need (my husband thinks) is either part 2 or 3 from your diagram. Do you have these two parts that we can buy? Thanks for any help! Nancy and george in arizona

The back right burner will click but not light.
For model number JGA8100adb
Hello Vivian, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing or replacing the Top Burner Igniter, PartSelect Number PS2082000 for the burner not lighting. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Back right burner does not spark but does have gas flow and can be lit with a match. The 3 others all spark regardless of burner knob used. I replaced the top burner igniter but it still does not work. Tried switching left and right burner assemblies and the same burner still does not work. Any ideas what I need to replace? Thanks.
For model number JGD8130ADB
Hello Jim, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Spark Module part PS2094592, the Top Burner Igniter part PS2082000, or the Spark Igniter Set part PS11744110. We hope this helps.

My 2 left burners light fine. The two on the right don't. I have to use a match. I can hear the clicking but no spark. What part would i need?
For model number JGD8348BDP
Hi Colleen,
Thank you for your question. If the burners are clicking, but they are not lighting, check to see if the burner heads are out of alignment. If they are, they will not light. Reposition them if they are not aligned correctly. If you have recently cleaned the stovetop or if water has spilled, you will need to wait until the the burners have dried before using them. If this is not the issue, the you will need to check the spark igniters and the spark module. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

All four of our burners will not light and there is no clicking. The gas supply is good and they are not clogged. We can light them with a match. What do we need to replace?
For model number JDS9860AAW
Hello Gil,
Thanks for your question. This is most commonly due to the spark igniter switches themselves. You may want to test them with a multimeter to see if they have continuity in the light position. Replace them if they do not show continuity.
I hope this helps.
