All rollers missing on lower rack of dishwasher
The brackets that held the original wheels were still on the rack. They were easily pulled off the rack. The new assembly did not look like the original part. It was not difficult to see how they fit onto the rack. The only caution is to press the top part of the new assembly onto the frame before snapping the rest of the new piece into place.

Replaced broken door spring
This repair should have been rated "Easy" but because of a) the age of the dishwasher - 25 years and b) the close quarters to replace the spring, it was a bit of a challenge. If I could have pulled the dishwasher out a few inches, replacing the spring would have been a snap. But because of new flooring on top of existing flooring, that wasn't possible. Also the side cabinets were so close that getting a pair of pliers in there to hook the spring onto the door was tough. Ended up cutting out some cabinet facing that wasn't going to effect the look of things in order to get my hands and tools in there to get the hook end of the spring on the door. After I finally got it on and replaced the kickplate, sat back and had a cold one. Whew!

Bottom tray wheels would catch on old door gasket making it difficult to remove and insert.
Followed the exellent instructions, the flange kit really solves the problem of lower rack wheel catching on the seal. Superior replacement parts compared to previouse repair two years ago.

my old lower dishwasher rack was rusted out and some parts broken.
Snapped on the rollers, removed the center part from the old rack that sprays the water and snapped it on the new one. We then bent the back row down so it would acomodate my larger items. My old rack had that feature. You could either have the rack up or down. Now l
ooks beautiful and works perfectly.
Could have used some directions though.

water leaks. ordered the door gasket
when removing all the screws from the door gasket the dishwasher door and frame separates making reassembly not possible. you have to leave at least one screw on bottom half on each side, After all that the door would not close. I had to remove the new gasket and put the old one back on.
I need to return the gasket for credit

Soap door wouldn't open.
I looked online to see a video. Dad to pop lid off soap dispenser. Slide a plastic part to the left n the spring slide off. Video showed how to place prongs on spring . Then had to lift the upper part of spring to lift onto plastic part of soap dispenser. That was it.
Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I asked Ina email to your company for any suggestions, No reply.
