Our washer is just over a year old. It is leaking water during the wash cycle, not a lot, likely 1/4" cup. The leaking water seams to be coming from under the machine, more on the left side (at least that is the side the water is coming from under the machine). Any help is greatly appreciated. I was thinking of buying cameras and setting them up under the machine to see where it was leaking but maybe you could help before i put a camera in a wet location. Thanks.

Hello Brian, thank you for your question. The most likely cause of that leak is the door gasket that seals the water in the tub. The bellow can become cracked, or torn. Alot of times items left in pockets can get down in the crease of the bellow and cause pin holes as well. We would recommend inspecting the bellow to determine if the water is coming from there. I hope this helps.

latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

Door lock wouldn't.
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!

P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.

Washer door always needed to be slammed to shut and finally the latch broke.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
