Based on my research, this over the range miscrowave should have come with 2 templates: 1 for the wall and 1 for the underside of the wall cabinet. The challenge was to measure every very aspect of that microwave in order to obtain placement specs for the mounting screws. Tip: I made the holes through the top cabinet bottom a little larger than needed and used big washers with then for stability to gain the most "play" in the self aligning screws. Worked out well. Took 2 tries to get the wall plate perfect so have precision in mounting that piece.

Just popped the new coupler in.

I ordered a replacement piece. Fits perfectly and rotates as it should. It arrived earlier than planned.

Removed old coupler put in new

I looked up maytag Model on internet and located part. Ordered part on internet and replaced part on maytag microwave.

All I did was removed the glass revolving tray and insert the coupler. Couldn't have been any simpler and the turntable was working again. Part was received the same week it was ordered. Very quick and didn't use any gas to go out somewhere and look for the part. Very pleased!

I tried before to replace the coupler but ordered the wrong part from a different company. Your website allowed me to narrow down the search and choose the correct coupler from about 8 different choices.It took me literally 2 minutes to fix my turn table. I am a single mom with a disabled child, so the option of paying a repairman to fix my microwave was not an option. Thanks!

Replaced with new motor from Parts Select. Part was a correct replacement for the old one. perfect fit. Works like it did when it was new. I will recommend Parts Select to anyone. Thank you very much. I would definitely use your company again in the future. I saved $30 by not using parts from GE.

I purchased this in-cabinet microwave off the show floor from a local electronics store. Part of the risk of buying this way is that some things may not work, like the turntable! Turns out it was a simple fix. The coupler piece is just a piece of plastic and was broken. It was easily replaced by lining up the new piece and inserting, easy-peasey! On a side note, I was very impressed with PartSelect's response time. I found them by a simple online search and ordered on a Sunday. The part was at my house by Tuesday! Their online inventory monitoring was accurate and I didn't have to wait for anything I ordered!

Asked at Best Buy what our options were after I described the problem. They said to buy a new Microwave. I thought No way it is only a few years old. Whent home did som research and found your site and for under $5.00 My microwave turn table turns again!

My daughter was trying to run the microwave timer and ended up nuking the cooking tray, which shattered. First web place I found wanted 55$ for this tray and this site sold it for 19.99. It shipped super quickly. I am very pleased with this company!
