Lost the neutral wire to the house which caused the range electronics to fail
The oven would not light and the clock was out. The surface burners worked.
Replaced the stoves control board using the instructions provided on this site. I would just like to add that you should unplug the stove before beginning and also know how to turn off the gas should anything happen while pulling the stove away from the wall to get to the rear to remove the control board.
It was an easy process which took about 30 minutes. A lot of that was cleaning behind the stove. The control board perfectly matched the one on my 1998 stove so I guess it is good for another 20 years.

The light inside the oven had burned out
0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot.
1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back.
2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap.
3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place.
4. Put the cap back.
5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.
No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

new control board defective
I ordered the new control board and installed it, no problem there. I attached the control knob on the new panel and tested the control switch and it would not turn at all. I still have not powered the control panel up at this time. I immediately called back to explain my problem with Parts Select. The person on the phone said that Parts Select will get another panel out to me and give me credit on the defective panel. A few days later I received the control panel replacement and did not install it until I tested the switch. it, too, did not function at all. Both panels seemed to be locked up. I called GE repair center and I find out that this panel is defective straight from the manufacturer and that he has 9 in his truck that are new and they too do not work ! I reported this problem with Parts Select and have been credited on the second panel. I have called GE direct and ordered a new panel and requested that it be tested and approved before shipment. I am now awaiting on the new Panel from GE.

while cleaning I broke the tubes either lifting or closing the top.
I bent the tubes very slghtly to rech the area of attachment. I first screwed them with my hand then tightened them with an adjstable wrench. It was really simple and fast.

tube that sends gas to burners broke both left and right front this happen due to opening the range hood to clean inside
I turn gas off to the appliance then I remove the old gas lines and installed the new ones. I did find it easlier to attach the line at the burner knob first then attach it to the burner.

Missing screw to range door handle
The part that was ordered based on the shamanic wasn't the part that was needed for the repair. It was to short. I took the other screw for the other side and that screw was an inch longer than the screw that was ordered thru your company. I then went too a jar that I placed extra screws, nuts and bolts which l keep in my garage . I found a same length screw but a different head and it works perfectly fine. When I ordered the part from your company most of the parts did not have a photo of the part on file, or a description like how long the part is. I still ordered it because it should fit the make and model number that was posted on the shamanic that was showed to me on line.
