This washer hose with bellows, also known as a dispenser hose, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your washer. Replacing this part can be helpful if your washer is leaking. The dispenser hose connects the dispenser assembly to the tub. Before beginning the repair, unplug the washer and turn off the water supply. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver to complete this repair; a clamp tool can also be helpful. Remove the screws holding the lid of the washer in place, and take off the lid. Locate the dispenser hose and remove its clamps. Place the clamps on the new hose, using the arrows for a guide in positioning the clamps. Install the new hose and reassemble all other parts.

Puddle On The Floor
Had a puddle on the floor under the washing machine. While I couldn't definitively confirm the source of the leak, I suspect it was the drain pump. As such, I replaced the drain pump and the drain hoses (one of those 'while you're in there' things). The toughest part of the whole job was moving the washer away from the wall. I was able to leave the water hoses connected and just unplugged the electrical cord. Watched the YouTube video regarding the replacement and it was exactly what I needed. Just take your time and make sure everything fits together without force. In addition to the pump and the hoses, I had some drum shocks that I had previously purchased, but never installed. Replaced them at the same time. Everything fit together as expected and the washer works great. No leaks and reduced vibration. Good for another 15 years - hopefully. Read more...

Drain hose had a pin hole leak external to washer
Very close to the installation video online at Parts Select. Removed the back panel, unclipped the hose from the inner fitting and replaced with the rear hose. Why it didn;t leak on the inside is interesting as there was no clip on the at the inner fitting.
The one difference from the existing install video online was that I didn't have to tip the washer over ~75 degs before replacing. I instead found that I could put to cinder blocks under the back edge to replace the drain hose. This made the job quicker without having to worry about having a box for it to rest on (with any risk of falling to the floor). Read more...
