dispenser door was not closing

1. Remove torx screws around outer edge of inside of door.
2. Separate outer door panel from inner door panel.
3. Locate dispenser, and remove 6 hex nuts and 2 wires for solenoid.
4. Insert new dispenser and re-insert hex nuts.

dispenser didn't stay closed

Ordered new part and installed it. I found a repair manual online and the replacement was pretty easy. I removed 8 screws that held the outer door and the dispenser was sitting there looking at me. I disconnected the solenoid, pried apart two clips and the old dispenser came right out. Reversed the process to install the new one. Read more...

The dispenser door would not open due to a broken spring

Removed the existing dispenser door, took off old spring. Slid new springs on pin, got it situated between the correct parts of the door. Popped it back on the pin inserts.
