Part fine - shipping questionable...
The part I ordered worked fine in spite of how it was shipped.
The part was shipped in a box with about 3/4 of a cubic foot of
space, but the box contained NO packing materials to prevent
the element from slamming back and forth inside the box during
the entire shipping process.
I was so worried the unit was damaged I grabbed a multi-meter
and ran a continuity check on the element prior to installation
(which was ok).
After that the installation went fine and the unit is working as
expected.

Both standard & convection oven not heating in upper oven
Circuit breaker off. Watched You Tube video to easily remove and set aside oven door, and shelves, unscrewed back wall cover over convection heating element, and slid out cover over floor heating element. Used ratchet to easily disconnect both old heating elements & pull from rear wall, holding onto two clip electrical connectors while
... Read moregently pulling out plenty of slack as wires fed through insulation material. Concern of "losing" wires back into oven wall not truly a problem if careful. Both sets of connectors pulled off, easily and then slid onto replacement elements without trouble. Circular convection element screwed back into place and cover replaced. Replacement floor element was similar, but not identical, to original. Wires connected fine, but base plate and two screw holes to attach to rear wall were of different size. It rests underneath oven lower cover on its own feet, so really didn't require support. Being DIY obsessive, I nonetheless used its base plate as template to drill two new holes in oven back, secured with old screws. Replaced cover, shelves, door, and woking like new!

Convection bake element doesn’t heat. I checked continuity with a multi meter and the element has continuity. What should I check or replace?

Hello James, Thank you for the question. You can test the Oven Sensor PartSelect Number PS236398. Testing the temperature sensor probe on your oven is easy. With the sensor at room temperature, measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. The resistance of the sensor should read approximately 1080 – 1090 ohms at room temperature. If the Sensor is good you may have a defective Control Board PartSelect Number PS953798. Hope this helps!
Temperature in oven off by about 100 degrees. Do not hear convection fan running. Display shows temp of 400 degrees, but digital probe reads 300.

Hello Dave, thank you for your question. I would suggest checking the Temperature Sensor Kit part number WB23X5340. If the unit isn't reaching a desired temperature the sensor is usually the issue. If the sensor is tested and shows that it is in working order, the other issue might be the control board itself. I hope this helps!

Will this element fit my stove? Our element is about 8" in diameter. If not do you have the one to fit?
