Screw keeps coming loose and door lowers and misses the stop opening all the way. I keep adjusting the screw up but it works down very quickly.
For model number GSS25GSHGCSS
Hi George,
Thank you for your question. If the screw is dropping down, either the door stop or the closing cam may be stripped. Also where the screw goes up into the door could be stripped as well and you will need to inspect the parts to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
