Had nothing to lose. Worked perfectly.
Dishwasher gave me error and Bosch said one of two issues. Ran a quick cycle and noticed diverter leaking which did not match up with error code. Ordered new diverter and was a little skeptical taking the dishwasher apart, but it was that or expensive repair visit or new dishwasher. Was easy to fix with the help of YouTube. Trust your eye when troubleshooting and don’t always believe the error code. Works again with no error. Best $60 I spent in a while :). So glad the part worked.

I've had an E15 Error code and on this Bosch dishwasher. I entered the side where the electrical plugs into the unit. I snapped out the electrical panel so I could see better and noticed heavy dripping from under the units bottom pan, on the side of the electrical. when shut down the dripping stops (this was during a normal cycle setting. Almost seems like there is a leak in the casket/seal under the pan halfway through the cycle it started to drip. this would be the opposite side of the safety floatation system.

Hello Robert, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher. This might be caused if too much water enters the dishwasher. We would suggest checking the diverter assembly, part number PS8737182. It controls the flow of water to the spray arms. If too much water enters the dishwasher, it may start leaking and may reach the electrical components as well. We hope this information helps!

I get error code E20 when starting my dishwasher. Should I replace the heat pump and the drain pump since I have it apart or is there something else that needs to be replaced?
For model number SHX68T55UC/02
Hi Dale, thank you for the question. The error code E20 indicates an issue with the circulation pump. To solve this issue, you may need to check the heat pump, part number PS8761336. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this information is useful!
When i start my dishwasher it fills and starts washing and just run and run and the it will not drain. We have 2 of the same dishwasher and swapped doors thinking it was the control panel and that wasn’t the issue and i also checked to see if anything was stuck but nothing. Any ideas of what may be wrong?
For model number SHP65T55UC/02
Hello Amy, thank you for your question. If the dishwasher is not draining properly, Check the drain filter and drain hose for any clogs. Test the drain pump with a multimeter to see if is functioning correctly. Hope this helps!
