dishwasher not emptying tub, dirty dishes when the dishwasher said the cycle was done
easy repair, but the check valve wasn't the problem, it was the float switch that isn't on the tech sheet in the dishwasher or mentioned as a possible culprit anywhere I could find on the internet

I tried running my dishwasher several times and after a minute or two it stopped and gave an e24 code and no water had entered. I also unplugged it several times with the same result. Your thoughts? Thank you
For model number 63013902010
Hi Randy, Thank you for the question. When you start the dishwasher the very first thing it does is go into drain to make sure any left over water from the last load is gone. The E24 error indicates no drain flow possible. This means that the drain pump is running but unable to remove the water, or drain blockage. I suggest checking for any blockages in the drain hose and drain pump.If no blockage is found, check for restrictions in the house drain system, such as the garbage disposer or pea trap. If everything checks out good the drain pump may need to be replaced,PartSelect Number PS8727352. Hope this helps!

My dishwasher makes a high pitch whine when it starts filling with water, is it the water inlet valve, I have read that it could be the rubber diaphragm
For model number SHS843AF5N
Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out to PartSelect. This means the water inlet valve, part number PS16746057, on the dishwasher is faulty and will need to be replaced. Good luck with this repair!
Please advise me, float switch unit and water inlet unit for above Bosch dishwasher

water drains at end of cycle, but later there is water in the bottom. The water will drain at start of new cycle, drains at end of new cycle, but later water in bottom again. Water is drained through garbage disposal. Is there a one way valve stuck open or something that lets water back in when garbage disposal being used?
For model number SHE3ARF6UC/12
Hello Sam, thank you for reaching out. Our research shows that when the drain is clogged, pressure in the pipe can cause water to back up into the dishwasher. We would recommend checking the drain hose, part number PS8732952, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Washer drains on start but cleans for a minute then states clean. If I let it drain at the start and then throw some water into the washer, it works perfectly fine. What might be the problem
For model number SHX4AP05UC-05
Hello Bill, thank you for contacting us. We believe your dishwasher is having this problem because of the faulty control board. We would suggest replacing the control board, part number PS8733707, to fix the issue. It manages the functions of the dishwasher, such as washing, draining and drying. We hope this helps!
