In the rinse cycle it makes a banging sound while spinning like it may be out of balance, even with a light load.

Hi Michele, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Shock Damper, PartSelect Number PS4212221. These are the most common parts to wear out when the drum is unbalanced. Hope this helps!

I have taken the bolts out from both ends of the shock absorbers. The front shocks are stow do i remove them from the tub? Thank you
