3 door frig gasket replacement
Removal and installation on the frig doors is very easy. On the first door, I did not notice that the gasket is not symmetric and needed to remove and reinstall it after rotating 180 deg. 2nd door was a breeze and luckily oriented correctly, bringing my attention to the 1st mounted in error. The crimping and creasing of the freezer door gasket, though warmed as recommended, were not sufficiently 'rounded' out on initial installation. Freezer iced up substantially. Removed gasket (easy to do), patiently warmed and hand smoothed out numerous crimps/creasing from being folded in the package box. Freezer fine after reinstallation. Generally, gaskets push well and easily into their door slots.

Easy to install
The gasket arrived as expected. The gasket has some kinks that prevents it from sealing, thus I still have frost forming in more than one place now. I plan on returning it.

Snow in freezer. Gasket separating and magnetic strip exposed
The old gasket peeled out easily. No tools needed. The replacement gasket fit right in the groove. I did not need to immerse the gasket in warm water or use a hair dryer. Nifty trick: once the new gasket is in place, close the freezer door. Run your finger in the center groove of the gasket, which will push the magnet against the fridg

I previously ask if you stock white door gaskets for this refrigerator and freezer door. Your answer supplied numbers which come up as black gaskets. Can you address this question?
For model number AFD25335dew4
Hi David, Thank you for contacting us again. Looking up the previous question we answered" The part number listed under your model number for the white refrigerator door gasket is PS11759516. The part number listed under your model number for the freezer door gasket is PS3651286". Both of these part numbers are for White gaskets, not Black. Hope this helps!

When I open bottom freezer door, I see a line of ice build up. The build up is at inside, at bottom of freezer where it meets door when closed. It is also at bottom of open door, underneath by door gasket.
For model number WRF540CWBW01
Hello James, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the P-Trap Drain Tube for a clog or blockage. The Water is normal during the defrost cycle, however it should drain through the P-Trap and into the Evaporator Drain Pan under the appliance. You can try to force hot soapy water through the P-Trap with a turkey baster or use a pipe cleaner. We hope this helps!
I'm getting frost buildup in the freezer, along the left side. Is this due to gasket? I don't see a tear in the gasket
For model number AFD2535DEW
Hello Jay, thank you for question. Frost buildup can be caused for a variety of reasons. The gasket may be compromised or due to the interaction from letting warm air into the fridge freezer. To avoid this, try not to open the door too often, and don't leave the doors open for very long. Also, as the food cools, it is normal to see some condensation turning into frost or ice crystals on it. To avoid this, make sure to store food in sealed, freezer-safe and moisture-proof containers or wraps. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

Freezer is making ice at the bottom and leaking out the bottom. do I need a new gasket around the freezer door
For model number KBFS20EVWH10
Hi Robert, thank you for the question. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the defrost drain is not clogged or frozen. If the defrost drain is frozen, the water will overflow the drain trough and drip down to the bottom of the compartment and leak out. Check the defrost drain to determine if it is clogged or frozen. If the defrost drain is frozen, thaw the ice. In addition, flush the drain with hot water to ensure that it is clear of debris. Also, make sure water lines are not broken or damaged inside the refrigerator. If that does not solve the issue, then you may need to check the defrost heater, part number PS11723183, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!
