Broke freezer bin

Hi Dorothy, Thank you for the question. The upper bin.tray assembly is Part Number: PS8749647. The deeper bin is Part Number: PS8737441. Hope this helps!

The "chef fresh drawer" does not slide out easily from the right side. Looks like a piece broke off so the drawer hangs down a little on that side. I need the replacement part or a whole new drawer.

Hello Jeanne, thank you for your question. The smaller crisper pan is part number PartSelect Number PS3518920 and that part is no longer available. The two crispers that sit side by side are part numbers PartSelect Number PS3518973 (the same crisper is used for both spots). I hope this helps!

We need to replace the entire bottom set of drawers and bottom/meat drawer pull out shelf cover. The bottom of the drawers sags into the meat drawer - does that mean the meat shelf needs to be replaced too? What are the parts we need? Is there a way to order the entire piece or do we need to order by each piece?

This sounds like an issue with the Crisper Frame Part Number: PS3559581. I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!
