Discover the essential part for your LG microwave oven: the High Voltage Capacitor. This genuine OEM item from LG is specifically designed for certain models of microwave ovens. The high-quality capacitor is a vital part of the microwave's high-voltage circuit system, storing an electrical charge to support function and performance. But remember, due to safety considerations concerning the high-voltage capacitor's ability to retain a lethal electrical charge even when unplugged, we recommend having this part installed by a qualified service technician. Ensure your appliance operates at peak capacity with this top-notch LG High Voltage Capacitor. Please confirm if this capacitor is suitable for your specific microwave model before purchasing.

Microwave stopped working after long use. Thought it might be the ceramic fuse and I purchased a new fuse. Microwave turns on but instantly blows fuse if I start the microwave. What's causing it to blow fuses
For model number Lmv1813st
Hello Anthony, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and this can be caused by the door switches, the magnetron, and the capacitor. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. For safety reasons, since the microwave capacitor can still store electricity even when the microwave is unplugged, it is usually advised that you discharge the capacitor before any attempt at repair. We have included a link on how to do so.

The microwave wasn't use a lot but it stopped heating. Base on the conversations and information. First replaced the diode no change. Second replaced the capacitor no change. What is my next possible solution? Please advise??
For model number LMHM2237BD
Hi Kevin, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the magnetron, part number PS3529034, as it is the most likely cause of this issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
