The knobs i've ordered came without the 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch extender neck (bottom side), therefore my stove top has a circular scratch because they sit flush on my stove top. The original has a 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch a lift, raising the knob above my stove top (not leaving a scratch). 1- does these knobs have the bottom side neck that extends past the surface of the knobs? 2- and, does the neck have the "d" shaped hole with the "d" support to strengthen the plastic knob?

Hello Paul, Thank you for your inquiry. These knobs do have a "D" shaped shaft hole and there is a plastic neck that extends past the bottom surface of the knob. There is also a control seal that goes between the knob and the stove top part# WB04T10042. Hope this helps!

Need metal knobs for model GE jgp633set3ss. Are they available
Hello Reks, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the manufacturer only makes a chrome colored knob that is plastic inside, for this unit. This would be the only replacement knob you would be able to get from any company, including GE, that would fit your unit. The part number for the replacement knob for your unit is WB03T10325. This is the part number for the cooktop (jgp329set2ss) control knobs. Your site indicates they are chrome. Are chrome colored and plastic or made of metal also colored chrome?
