Easy to install
I replaced the pump unit on a 35 year old dishwasher with this unit and it is like it's brand new. It's quieter and has more power as you can hear it spray much harder. Dishes come out perfect now.

GE dishwasher
Part came fast and in excellent condition. I had to find out whichever designed motor I was replacing. Thankfully my dishwasher was produced after 2000, so very little had to be done for final installation. In fact, it took longer to set the dishwasher on it's side and set up for water leak collection than it was to replace the actual motor assembly. The dishwasher works much quieter and does a better job at cleaning the dishes. I've used your company beforehand with the same great results. Thanks again and will use your company again for any other reparing to get done.

Super easy to install. My issue was the dishwasher would empty the water as soon as it went in. I knew the solenoid was bad but I got the complete motor kit. It was SOO much quieter that the original. Fixed 2 problems with one part

Perfect Replacement
Part was easy to install except for the new motor hanger near the door end of the dishwasher. It was a little tricky to figure it out, but once installed correctly the new assembly works great - no leaks!

poor dish washing
Read directions. They were poorly drawn. Set them aside. Opened up unit on December 26th. I made careful observation of the wiring, two hoses, one metal bracket, the hose two clamps, and then proceeded. Instructions said 1 to 2 hours, to complete. Ha Ha, perhaps if you've done it before. It was actually really closer to four hours.

Leaking from the pump.
The part that took the longest was taking the washer out from under the counter. The fix was the easy part = 15 to 20 minutes no problems. After putting the washer back and reconecting everything, the first cycle I had some leaking around one of the two big clamps. I had to pull it out again and move the clamps around and tighten them. Not Draining, Leaking
Unplugged unit, unscrewed screws on top of dishwasher attached to countertop, undid water supply and drain hose that goes into tee with garbage disposal. The directions were good, although color or a picture might have been more helpful. CHECK the new pump/ motor unit CAREFULLY for any loose debris from packing etc. I had a small piece of plastic that was in the top of the motor that goes in the dishwasher bottom that rattled around after I installed everything and put it back. I was able to get to it from the drain assembly in the tub but it made a heck of a racket at first. All in all, I had a great experience. I'm glad I ordered the pump and motor even though I only thought I needed the drain solenoid because when I took the old unit out, the prop on the old impeller was almost gone. Easy to order, good customer service (I called with a question and talked to a wonderful customer service representative!), good directions and easy to do. I'd say a 4 out of 10 in terms of difficulty. Thanks PartSelect!
Originally replaced solenoid without pulling unit out, but continued to leak. Purchased the entire motor and pump kit; pulled unit out, turned it on end and replaced the motor. Dead spot in motor/pump seal leak
I had a problem where the GE dishwasher would randomly stall upon startup due to a dead spot in the motor which prevented it from energizing. Read moree cabinet area and turned it over to make it easier to replace the motor and pump assembly which only took a matter of minutes; the most difficult part of the repair being the reinstalling of the dishwasher. The replacement motor/pump assy was not only modified from the original parts but it is also much quieter than the original. I also have to commend PartSelect on their very speedy delivery which was only 2 days. All in all with a couple of minor modifications that was taken care of with the included parts the repair went very easy.

Water leaking onto the floor
I removed the dishwasher, removed the front kick panel, layed the dishwasher on its back, loosened the clamps and removed the old motor and pump assy. Cleaned up the area where the unit was, Installed the new unit, tightened the clamps and it was done. Probably took around an hour because of my cleaning up the sealing areas.

When my dishwasher starts it's first cycle it washes fine but after the first drain starts, it stops completely and turns off and doesn't drain. I have to reset it just th get it start again if it does start. Is motor/pump assembly the problem?
For model number GSD5560G00SS
Hello Felix, thank you for your question. If the unit is washing, starts draining, but then stops and turns off the issue is most likely the Motor and Pump Kit WD26X10013. I would remove the bottom spray arm and clean out under the impeller and screen to be sure there is nothing obstructing the drain pump and motor before ordering, but if its clean and there are no obstructions you will want to replace the aforementioned part. I hope this helps!

I just bought this motor and was sent wd26x10013. I installed it and started a test run, it worked for about 30 seconds and shut off. I couldn't get it to start back up so i reinstalled my old motor which worked but was getting old and it would not start up at all. I think it fried my machine.
For model number GSC3200G00BB
Hello Tori, Thank you for the question. I suggest testing the Interlock Switch, PartSelect Number PS1481922. It could have been shorted out when installing the motor. This part is a simple on/off mechanism that prohibits the appliance from operating when the door is open. If defective it will not allow the appliance to run. Hope this helps!
Hi! My range oven temp bottom stay on !When i turnoff the oven! How can be fixed help please ! Thank you!!
For model number JBS27WH2
Hi Edisson,
Thank you for your question. If your oven will not turn off, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the oven thermostat, the electronic control board and both the bake and broil elements. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
