This genuine OEM part is the white plastic frame for the meat pan in your refrigerator. The frame measures approximately 17-inches by 16-inches, and is used to support the drawer, or meat pan. The frame can become cracked or damaged due to excess weight on the shelf, and if this happens it should be replaced. Please note that the drawer and the glass shelf are not included with the frame but can be purchased separately if required.

The frame on my meat pan cover broke.
I removed the old frame and the glass. I put the glass in the new frame and inserted the frame & glass in the shelf brackets. No tools required. Nothing difficult or tricky about the replacement and installation.
It took longer to remove the items from the shelf than to replace the new frame and glass.

The frame for the meat pan in my Frigidaire refrigerator broke in the middle front, which made opening the drawer a little tricky.
No big deal. I took out the glass in the frame, took out the meat drawer, and removed the broken frame, which doesn't take any tools. After removing the frame, I inserted the new frame, which pops in to two clips in the back, and two in the front on each side. I cleaned the glass and put it into the frame. Meat Pan Cover Broke
Popped out glass, pulled up and the front of cover and pulled froward. Pushed new cover back on to studs and pushed down on cover to lock it to front studs. Put glass on top of new cover. About 3 min total to make repair.

Does part 25b on the parts drawing replace part#2405999 ps. Which is the number on the chill drawer frame?

Hello Judy, thank you for your question. Item number 25B in the shelving diagram is the frame for the small deli pan in the fridge. This is the part that the bin slides into, and hangs from. I hope this answers your question!
