Part # 1470 are the wheels on the roller tray ceramic or plastic?

I am interested in the turntable #wb06x10775. My microwave is sparking. The source seems to be the wheels of the turntable. My wheels are black and appear to be shiny metal where the wheel hits the floor of the microwave. Can you replace just the wheels?
