Upper and Lower racks had rusted
It was really simple. I watched the u-tube video to replace the top rack. I was able to complete removal of the old one and replacement with the new one in about 5 minutes. The lower rack simply pulled out and the new one slid right in. The quality of the replacement racks is much higher than the originals. I'm so happy I chose this easy and cost efficient repair.

rusting of stems on upper rack
The video was extremely helpful. Removing the tabs was easy. However, we struggled with the re-insertion. They did not "snap" back in as easily as seen on video. We ended up using a pair of pliers to push pieces into slot. We did not use very much pressure for fear of breaking the plastic. However, after many tries, we were successful & it works perfectly. Perhaps a close-up of the "snapping in" part might help future installers.

Spindles on upper dishrack were breaking off
I had to remove the end cap from each side which was a bit tricky but after reading other comments from your website I knew what to do and took my time so that I wouldn't break them. The new upper rack doesn't have the spindles and is a newer design which I really like. It makes the dishwasher seem like new!

Broken wheel and cage mount
Once realized needed to open the wheel rail a little to remove wheel stop, it wasn't too difficult. Took about 20 minutes. Part came in a couple of days and was the correct part. Was disappointed that a similiar part, looked the same on the web site costing about $54.00 plus shipping, ended up costing about $100.00. Contacted customer service, said I needed to contact the factory. Seems like they should have researched the problem, Andy Duer

Dish racks were rusted
The installation was very easy. I didn't need any tools. Just unsnap the holders that keep the wheels in place on the rails (I'm referring to the upper rack, as the lower rack just sits at the bottom and rolls in and out), take the old one out, slide the new one in, and snap the holders back in place.

Rusted out racks
Followed the instructions and it was easy. Made the washer seem brand new!...It is the best solutions for a small budget. We used CLR to wash out the washer workings and it really left a sparkle on the dishes... I am so glad you don't change the models so much that parts can't be exchanged when they wear...

After twelve years the prongs on the top rack began to break and rust.
I ordered a replacement from partselect.com and received it in just three days. The only difficult part was deciding how to remove the white plastic end caps on the sliding rails. Finally, I took a small screwdrive and pried out the crimps in the metal, pulled the old caps out, inserted the new ones, and squeezed the metal together again using needle-nosed pliers. Nothing to it!
Note: The configuration of the new rack isn't exactly like the original (size and placement of the prongs differ somewhat) but it fits perfectly and works great.
