Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This part is the replacement surface burner head for your gas range. It is silver in color and is approximately 3.5 inches in diameter. This burner is sold individually. The burner head distributes gas to create an even flame across the cooking area. If you notice that your food is not cooking evenly, or you are not getting an evenly distributed flame, you may need to replace the burner. The burner is located beneath the burner cap, below the grate. To remove the burner, simply remove the grate and the burner cap, then lift the burner head out. Replace it with the new burner and reinstall the cap and grate. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Great Item!
After cleaning the top of my range I realized that one of them was the wrong size (it was delivered from another place that way)...took us a WHILE to figure it out. This was a super quick process to figure out which item I needed based on the pictures, very easy to order, and quick delivery! Works perfectly on my range!

Burners wouldn't light
Had two burners on the stove that would not light. Had tried cleaning them but they still did not ignite. Replaced both burner heads. Once replaced. they ignited right away and have worked ever since.
Remove the existing burner and install the replacement.

Uneven flame on large gas burner
The part was very easy to switch out but it made no difference whatsoever so I returned it. The way it is designed is the problem. There is a pie slice shaped gap on the burner which causes a gap of no flame. Also a C shaped cut out around the igniter which causes another no flame gap.
Very simple repair. I bought the Range without the Burners and Burner Caps. So all I had to do was to purchase the Burners and the Burner Caps and drop them in. Wish everything in life would be that simple.
burner would not light properly and flame uneven around the burner
determined that the top of the burner was melted and malformed. Repair was simple: lifted off the damaged burner and slipped the new one in place.

Hello and thanks for writing.
According to our database, the model number you provided is just a portion of a model number with multiple possible variations. To ensure that we recommend parts that will work for your model, please check your information again; you will need to provide us with the full model and serial numbers located on the sticker on the unit itself.
Once we have that information, we would be happy to find the part you need.

I need to replace the large 12K burner on my stove. All the other burners just lift off easily. This one seems stuck and won't come off. Do you just pull it straight up to remove or is there some other fasteners involved. It may just be stuck from cooking debris but I'm afraid to use force without knowing if it just pulls straight up.
For model number JGS750SEF1SS
Hi Don, thank you for your question! There are no fasteners for this burner's head. To remove the burner, simply remove the grate and the burner cap, then lift the burner head out. Replace it with the new burner and reinstall the cap and grate. Glad to be of assistance!

The flame from the large burner head 12K WB16T10046 on the right front is about twice as high on the right side than it is on the left. Could there be a malfunction in the burner head, and replacing it would solve the problem, or could the problem be elsewhere?
For model number RGB745WEHCWW
Hi Fred, thanks for reaching out. It does sound like maybe there is a blockage in your burner that is causing the flames to come out one side with more force than the other side of the same burner. It could be that there is some debris blocking the flame holes in the burner. If this cannot be cleaned, it will need to be replaced. If you would like assistance placing an order, please contact Customer Service. Good luck with your repair!
