New Water Inlet comes with a gasket. Where should the gasket be located? On the exterior or interior of the cabinet wall?
For model number SHE53TL5UC/02
Hi Steve, thank you for the question. The gasket is located on the exterior of the cabinet wall under the cover. We hope that helps!

This dishwasher displays error E26 when run in diagnostic mode.
The operational problem with it os that the water inlet solenoid is not activated at the start of the wash or rinse cycles but it does open later on in the cycle. Can you recommend which parts need to be replaced to fix the problem?
Thanks

Hello Mark, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the error code E26 indicates that there is an issue with the analogue pressure sensor. We would recommend replacing the float switch. The float switch comes with the housing. The float switch assembly for your model is part number PS8737139. It shuts the water fill valve off if the water level gets too high before the timed fill cycle ends. We hope this information helps!
Good day to you,
My Bosch Dishwasher SHP65T55UC/2 came up with E-15 error and it now transpires that the water inlet valve (I think it is), at the bottom left hand corner of the machine is leaking. (I sent you a photo of the leaking part by email).
Kindly confirm part number/s so that I can order replacement/s.
Thank you!

Hi Rob, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the E15 error code indicates that there is too much water at the base of the dishwasher. We would suggest checking the diverter assembly, part number PS8737182. It controls the flow of water to the spray arms. If too much water enters the dishwasher, it may start leaking and may reach the electrical components as well. We hope this information helps!
Error code 15, replaced the valve access part #10023852, then got E17 error code. Can you recommend which parts need to be replaced to fix the problem? Is Water inlet part #11030996 okay? Thanks

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. Error code 15 indicates that there is water in the base of the dishwasher and the E17 error code indicates an issue with water flowing into the dishwasher. To see if you can remove the error codes, disconnect the power to the dishwasher for 5 minutes. This should clear the codes. If it returns and there is water in the base of the of the dishwasher, it will need to be removed. Disconnect power and turn the water off to the dishwasher. Then remove the dishwasher from the cabinet and tilt it a 45 degree angle to remove the water. The E15 error code can be caused by using too much detergent or detergent that is not recommended for your dishwasher, clogged or damaged spray arms or leaking hoses. The E17 error code indicates a drainage issue and you should inspect the drain pump and hoses for clogs. Also make sure that the hoses are positioned correctly. We hope this helps!
Water filled the base of the dishwasher while it was not in use. Dishwasher had been run the day before and emptied of dishes. This morning it was full and leaking onto the floor.

Hello Bruce, thank you for your question. This is caused by a malfunctioning Water Inlet Valve PS16746057. Good luck with your repair.
Originally had an error code E15. Put in a new water inlet valve and replaced the hose for good measure. No leaks, no E15 error code. Now it comes up with E17. I can feel the water entering the dishwasher and it seems to drain. If I run a rinse cycle it goes from 9 min to 8 min and then 1 min followed by the E17. Can the WATER INLET 11030996 cause this error code if there is sludge in it or another defect? I hear the sound of a relay kicking in before the E17 comes up.

Hi Manny,
Thank you for your question. If there is a blockage on the screens of the water inlet valve, this may cause this issue. Check the screens and see if there is any sediment. If there is use a small brush and gently clean them. Be careful not to use too much force as the screens can be damaged easily. If they become damaged, you will need to replace them. Also make sure that the hot and cold water taps are open all the way. We hope this helps!

Hello
I found that the water is leaking from vent hole even the power is off then shows e15 error.
is this issue about water inlet valve or water inlet assembly which is connected to vent hole?
Thank you
For model number SHP65TL5UC/02
Hello Andrew, Thank you for contacting us. This error code means that leak protection system shows water in the base of the dishwasher. We would recommend checking the water inlet valve. Good luck with your repair.
Bosch dishwasher SHX65T55UC/02. After program selection and START machine takes water in, then spray arms work for a short time - 10-20 sec (no dishes in the machine) then the drain pump starts and drains all water out but machine does not take water again. Instead the drain pump tries to drain 4 times (though there is nothing to drain out) and machine stops with error E17. It seems that machine tries to drain because the water level high. Any suggestion which part could cause this error (float sensor?). After machine reset the process repeats on all program selections. Machine is out of the cabinet, no hose kinks and clogs. Water inlet valve replaced recently because of the leak (E15). Thanks, Adam

Hello Adam, thank you for reaching out to us. The error code E17 generally indicates a water supply or filling system issue, most commonly a blocked inlet hose, a low water supply, or a faulty water valve or float switch. As you have replaced the water inlet valve recently, replace the float switch, part number PS8737139, to fix the issue. This sensor monitors the water level in the dishwasher and sends signals to the control board. If it's malfunctioning, it could cause the machine to drain unnecessarily. We hope this information helps!
