I did talk to someone I called about the damage but I’m not sure how they are handling the situation.but I’m hopeful this email means a replacement is on the way but I must say the two people I talked to at customer service very friendly and helpful as much as they could be as they explained to me they have to submit my request and someone would get in touch from the actual maker of item. Which I have not heard from the maker
