Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.

I’m having fuses blow when the door is not tight or is open before the microwave shuts off. From what I’m reading, the door switches need to be replaced. Can you please confirm if the following part numbers and quantities are correct if I am going to replace all the switches?
I understand there are 3 switches-
Top and Bottom are part number PS12071303
Middle is part number PS12071302.
Thank you!

Microwave light inside stays on and the start button won’t work. I think it’s not recognizing the door is shut. Everything else works the fan lights etc!

Hello Tracy, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Three Door Switches with a Multimeter. The top and bottom switch should read normally closed and the middle is normally open. We hope this helps!
Hi, my fuse on the microwave would blow whenever I shut the oven door. I went online to troubleshoot and it indicated the centre door switch should be replaced. I’ve removed the switch and the part number on the switch is 40T105 5E4. Please advise as to what number would be the correct replacement part. Regards, Bruce

Hello Dale, thank you for your inquiry. According to our understanding, the issue is most probably with the monitor interlock switch, part number PS11766871. It monitors the door latch position and communicates to the electronic control board whether the latch is open or closed. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
