Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This gasket wraps around the sides and top of the dishwasher door and helps seal the door when it is closed to prevent water from leaking from the dishwasher during the washing cycle. If your dishwasher is leaking water, first inspect the seal for food particles near the bottom and sides, and remove it. A buildup can stop the door from closing properly and keeping a tight seal. Check the door gasket for tears, cuts, or wear. If the gasket is damaged, you will need to replace it. Before starting the repair, make sure to disconnect the power to the dishwasher.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.
Keep searches simple. Use keywords, e.g. "leaking", "pump", "broken" or "fit".

No more leaks
I paid more to get a genuine OEM replacement part so I would not end up like the persons who purchased the Chinese knock offs and it worked perfectly. A tip on assembling in my Kenmore dishwasher, You tube videos will instruct to install at the middle length distance of the aligned with the top center of the door width. However, I discovered on my model that the bottom right of the door has a positive stop and this should be the staring point as the left bottom does not. This will take the guess work out of the installation process and save removing and trying to restart the seal in the middle multiple times. The washer door will be harder to close due to the new seal thickness but will return to normal in a couple of weeks. No leaks. A kitchen floor costs a lot more than good dish washer door seal.

Dishwasher hadn’t been used in years. Gasket replaced in 30 seconds. Old gasket had shrunk and was brittle. This went on no problem and was plenty long to fill in the gap where the old one was short.

Water was dripping out of the front of the unit down low.
I removed the old gasket, installed the new one which took about 20 seconds.Tested the unit, water was still dripping, but in a different fashion. As per a previous poster's instructions I removed the vent cover. (Located inside the dishwasher up high.)I cleaned out the calcium deposits with hot water and a sacraficial toothbrush. "Ta-Da!"

Dish Washer was leaking every once and a while. Shield came out and was deformed by heatinfg eliment and was found on the bottom of the unit.
The gasket was a breeze, with just pulling out the old one and slowly pushing in the new in the track with my fingers. The shield was a little harder since there was no instructions before me. It turns out that it fits in the inner door and is used as a baffel for the steam (another problem with leaking out the bottom). After removing the

After the front pannel was put on and the unit test operated, the washer no longer leaks. Highly recommend the parts and help from PartSelect and the others before me.
This was an easy fix. My husband took out the old gasket and put the new one in. It fit perfectly and no more leak. The part got to us really quickly too and that was nice. No more hand washing the dishes! :)

The old gasket came out easily, but had calcium deposits in area. I cleaned the area with vinegar and water and waited until it was completely dry. The new gasket went in very easily and looked great. I started the dishwasher and alas, it still leaks, so the problem was apparently not with the gasket, but some other area. But the gasket i

Water leaking from front door of dishwasher
Took less than 5 minutes. Pried edge of old door seal out with a flathead screwdriver, then slowly pulled out old seal. Thoroughly cleaned area for new seal with rubbing alcohol, inserted new seal and trimmed the end to fit just right. Presto, no leaks whatsoever!

My dishwasher is leaking and water running out from under the door and onto the bottom panel all across the door big puddles help
For model number DU930PWSS0
Hi Yvette, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the door gasket to see if there is any damage. There is the seal that runs along the top and sides of the door and one that runs across the bottom. The bottom seal is only sold as part of the door frame. Hope this helps!

How do i know if this the problem to my leak??
For model number DU600PWKQ0
Hello Ashley, thank you for your question. If the door is leaking around the edges or corners of the door this could be the cause of the leak. If your dishwasher is leaking water, first inspect the seal for food particles near the bottom and sides, and remove it. A buildup can stop the door from closing properly and keeping a tight seal. Check the door gasket for tears, cuts, or wear. I hope this helps!

Replacing gasket-it is about an inch and a half to long on each side and the bottom hangs out?
For model number DU620PWK00
Hi Bob, thank you for your question. We might suggest double checking the installation. We have a video here: https://youtu.be/3sA8N32CBg0. If you still have a little left over that will be alright as long as it does not impede with your door shutting closed. Good luck with your repair.

For model number 66515719000
Hi James, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would suggest replacing the Water Deflector, part number PS11746099. The Water Deflector attaches to the front lower corner of the tub to prevent water from leaking through the door. If that does not help, we would suggest checking the Pump Gasket, part number PS384950. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
