W10397055, this part number it's bracket attached to the plastic under the door. Can you provide the parts number of these plastic or parts number attach to this bracket cuz it's broken. And how to tear apart? Thank you

My (RIGHT HAND) door is falling off the cam. The plastic piece attached to the bottom of the door broke off and now the door sits lower and makes a scratching/creaking noise when it opens. It doesn't sit completely flush with the other door, but it's closed. I don't see a part for the grey plastic door bottom piece that sits around the cam. Any ideas? Thanks very much

Why do you not want to give the part number for the gray plastic part under the door? This is not the cam, this is not the shim, it is not the thimble. It is a great plastic piece that is on the bottom of the door that holds the thimble. I hope this is not a piece that is not replaceable and you have to buy a door. That would not be good for whirlpool as it is a crappy thing to do to people. Poor engineering! Please give us the part number for the gray plastic piece. I repeat it is gray!

The right hand door, bottom hinge area is broken. It seems like the stopper did not work, and it broke some plastic. Now the door, when closed, is shifted in a bit and does not close properly. The white cam on the bottom of the door now sits right against the side trim. I am not sure if I am explaining this correctly, but I am not sure what parts are not functioning correctly and if they are available. The unit is only a few years old, and I am unimpressed with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
