Prongs may not align properly, and slip below or above plastic frame. (Yes, that happened to me.) Test by running dryer. Replace back panel.

My dryer won't start, knob won't push in/stay in.
Hello Kathie, thank you for contacting us. That sounds like an issue with the timer. It should not pop out until its finished the cycle. You may need to replace this part to fix that issue. Hope this helps!

My dryer won’t turn off (unless we open the door) is this the part i need to fix this problem?
For model number 110.77862600
Hi Donna, thank you for your question. In the majority of cases, the part that generally causes this issue is your door lock switch itself. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Will the timer cause the heater to not work
For model number 110.64982300
Hello Randy, thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible, but the more likely issue is a thermostat, or fuse. We would recommend testing the thermostats and fuse before replacing the timer. I hope this helps!

Having issue with dryer not staying on and not heating i’ve already replaced the thermistic and the push switch any suggestions on what the problem is
For model number 110.63952102
Hi Mark, thank you for your question. Looking at your model information there are a few parts that you should take out and test to see which one is giving you the issue. The first parts to check in this case would be all of your thermostats and thermal fuses, you have four in your appliance. You can test those parts with a multi meter and they should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. If those parts are fine, you should then go on to testing your heating element as well. You can also test that with a multi meter and it should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms. Something else you should also check would be your filter and ducts. Make sure there is absolutely no blockage that would restrict air flow in your appliance. Good luck with your repair.

Dryer is not able to completely finish the selected drying cycle. Stops just before Off and then comes back on about 3 minutes later and attempts to turn itself Off again. This keeps going on and on until I manually have to turn the dial to off. I replaced the timer with a new one, but that did not stop this type of occurrence. Don’t know what to do now as a fix. help!
For model number WED5900SW0
Hi Edward, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description, we would suggest cleaning the dryer's vent. If that is not the case, you may need to check the moisture sensor, part number PS11723108, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
