Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. This is a genuine LG Ice Maker Assembly Kit, which helps you to repair your appliance with confidence. Designed for a variety of LG and Kenmore refrigerators, it's crucial to check compatibility with specific model numbers. Primarily constructed from durable plastic, it also features metal and electronic parts vital for the ice-making process. The assembly is responsible for the production and dispensing of ice cubes in the compatible refrigerators. Installation typically requires basic mechanical skills. Notably, following installation, it's advised to discard the initially produced ice batches to ensure clearance of any residual manufacturing debris.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money

Great prices and prompt delivery on my refrigerator ice maker repair
A service technician came out to service our refrigerator ice maker and quoted $500 to replace a failed ice maker assembly. The service tech then told us he would have to order the part and it would take 3 weeks to get it. Using the refrigerator model number, I went online to PartSelect, found the ice correct maker assembly at the most competitive price and I placed an order for it. PartSelect promptly shipped the correct ice maker assembly and I made the repair myself in about 20 minutes. It was easy to order and thanks to PartSelect, I saved a lot of time and a lot of money. I will go straight to PartSelect first before making any home appliance repairs.

Refrigerator Ice maker quit producing ice.
This repair was easy. The ice maker assembly is basically a plug and play unit that requires first removing the ice bucket as described inside the freezer door. Next, remove several screws the support the unit, then gently lifting the ice maker assembly out, just far enough to access the 2 electrical plugs that operate the unit. Caref

Here is a link from our website that you may reference on what parts to check, https://www.partselect.com/Repair/Refrigerator/Not-Making-Ice/. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Ice maker takes about 3-4 days to produce 1 batch then stops. Does not fill the ice bin. Water does flow through door dispenser. How do I address this issue?
For model number 795.51832.412
Hello Roman, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend ensuring that the water inlet valve, part number PS11766581, is good and the ice maker is getting water continuously with 20 psi pressure. If the valve is good, the issue is most probably related to the ice maker assembly, part number PS11700763. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
The ice maker quit working, I did discover how to reset it, which I did, it cycles through the ice making process 1 or 2 times and dumps a little ice, then stops making ice again. I have repeated these steps like 3 times now.....I get the same results.
For model number LSXS26366D
Hello Ron, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, you may need to check the water flow and test the pressure to determine if it is at least 20 psi. If this is not causing the issue, we recommend you check the following parts: the water inlet valve, part number PS11766581, and the water filter, part number PS10058933. We hope this information helps!
Replace ice maker assembly kit. No water filling icemaker
