The tub knocks bad when in spin cycle. I arrange the clothes over and it doesn't stop. It does it most when slowing down and it does it every wash liad.

Thank you for your question. If your washer is shaking and moving during the spin cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. My washer is 2 years old and has auto fill. It stopped filling with enough water to wash the load but continues to wash cycle. What does it need?

If the washer is not filling with water, you will need to check the hoses and screens, the water inlet valve, the lid lock/switch, the selector switch and water temperature switch, the water level pressure switch and the electronic control board. For more information on how to test these parts, click on the Appliance Repair link on our website and on the next page that comes up click on the washer icon. When i close my washer lid the washer wont work it is in the magntic part where the lid locks

My washer keeps loosing will not go in to rinse just wash and drain but will not go into rinse

Hello Victor, thank you for the question. Based on our research, you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS12348139, to fix the issue. The control manages the cycles of the washer. If the control board is faulty, it will miss the rinse cycle and start drain cycle. We hope this helps!
Whenever I close the lid, the machine only makes a clicking noise. Sounds like if the machine is turning on and off. No indicator lights turn on and will not go into service diagnostic mode

First pry off the cap of the agitator. Then using a socket remove the bolt that holds the plastic cup in place. Remove this cup by prying it loose from the two tabs that hold it in place.
