Hello,
Would you kindly provide me the part number to replace the grey seal (I believe its called boot seal) for my Whirlpool WFW5620HW0? It is the seal that has the wire ring that holds it to the front of the machine. Thanks

Power button works and right panel to select temperature and spin and soil work and so does the lower selections on that right panel, but none of the “what to wash” or “how to wash” cycles will press. Neither does the “hold to start” touch option.

Hi Hector, thank you for reaching out. The issue appears to be most likely with a clogged drain system stuck between the inner and outer tubs. A damaged coupler or a worn-out drive belt will also cause your washer to spin slowly. To fix your problem, we would recommend checking these parts: stator, part number PS12717590, and rotor, part number PS12711482. We hope this information helps!

If you do not see the 3-2-1 countdown and are unable to de-activate Control Lock, try pressing the POWER button first, then touch and hold 3 seconds to de-activate control lock. If this does not work, try unplugging the machine or turning off the breaker for 1 minute, then power the machine back on and try again. If this does not fix the issue you may need to change the Washer Door Latch. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

We would recommend checking the drain hose, part number PS12584563, for damages and blockages and ensuring that the hose clamp, part number PS11743008, is properly installed. This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Replaced the Whirlpool washer water inlet valve. 1. Unplug washer 2. Close Hot and Cold water valves 3. Remove top cover of the machine by taking out 3 screws in the top back. Slide top back and remove. 4. Water Inlet Valve is located on the back left side, remove tubing using a nutdriver to loosen the hose clamps.
