Looking for the part in the dryer door that latches to close it

Hello Tina, thank you for your question. There are two parts but you may only need one. We have photos and installation videos of both on our site. Dryer Door Catch Bezel PS11756002 and the Door Catch PS11756723. Good luck with your repair.
When it goes into spin cycle it makes a lot of noise (Like a bearing going out). I went ahead and replace the washer drive pulley and drive belt but it didn't make a difference. It only makes this noise during the spin cycle and it washes fine but the noise is very large. Any ideas on what could be causing it?

Hi Brett, thank you for the question. We would recommend checking the drum roller kit, part number PS347627. It holds the drum in place while the drum rotates on the support wheels. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Washer won't advance past "wash."
I notice the drum has filled up with more water than ever before. I suspect some sort of water fill line sensor is not reading correctly.

Hello Alex, thank you for your question. If your washer continues to fill up with water even when it is powered off, this indicates that the water inlet valve is defective. If the water inlet valve is defective, replace it with part number PS12349484. The pressure switch part number PS11731444 shuts off power to the water inlet valve when the proper water level is reached. If the pressure switch fails, the water inlet valve will continue to fill the washer tub with water, causing the washer to overflow. Hope this information helps!
I'm looking for the plastic piece that attached the dryer timer knob to the stem that goes into the dryer. The part the D clip, that attaches the timer knob, would go onto. I believe I found it in the diagram for knob assembly (diagram 19)

Hello Ludwig, Thank you for the great question. Use the following instructions to replace the lid lock assembly: 1. Disconnect the power. 2. Unthread the screws securing the lower access panel. 3. Detach the panel and set it aside. 4. Remove the rear access panel clips. 5. Use a nut driver to unthread screws and detach the access panel. 6. Use a short flat-headed screwdriver to detach the spring clips securing the washer top panel and lid. 7. Pull the top panel forward. 8. Lift it up and set it aside. 9. Unthread the screws securing the lid lock assembly. 10. Detach the lid lock assembly wires from the retaining clip. 11. Remove the old lid lock assembly and replace it with a new one. First I unplugged the dryer, then removed the back panel, this exposed most all of the wiring and I could see the heater coils. Not knowing what the problem was I started looking at the coils and could not see any broken parts. So then checked the thermal fuse for continuity I removed the two wires from it with a small pair of

Read moreneedle nose pliers, it was held in place by two screws, once they were removed the fuse came out easily, I checked continuity with a volt meter placing the meter on X1 Ohms and could not get a reading. I replaced with a new one and put it all back together the way I took it apart. Then I plugged it in and it worked first time, I now have warm dry clothes.
First pry off the cap of the agitator. Then using a socket remove the bolt that holds the plastic cup in place. Remove this cup by prying it loose from the two tabs that hold it in place. Once this cup is removed you can get to the broken cogs. Slip the new cogs into the underside of the cup, and slide the cup back down in the a

(You may want to remove the entire agitator and assemble everything upside down, then flip it all back over to mount, so the cogs don't fall out). Tighten the bolt, snap the cap back in place on top of the agitator and your'e done. Easy repair.
Cleaning the lint out of the whole machine took quite a bit of time--it was everywhere. Underneath the lint trap was a collection that ultimately ruined the thermal fuse where it restricted the air flow considerably.
