Dishwasher fills and drains but no washing/spraying occurs in between. No visible blockages in manifold or spray arm. Would I replace the diverter valve or the washing pump?
For model number WDT720PADM2
Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. Normally this is an indication the Circulation Pump is not operating to circulate the water to the spray arms to wash the dishes. We hope this helps!

Hi Joe,
Thank you for your question. If the display is showing the F2-E2 error code, there is a signal issue between the electronic control board and the control panel and the control panel will have to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the black control panel is PS11727986. The part number for the grey control panel is PS11723098. The part number listed for the white control panel is PS11731662. If you would like to place an order for one of the control panels, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Hello Rae, Thank you for the question. We believe this question is best addressed by the manufacturer. We are a parts distributor. Is there a bracket or brackets to secure the dishwasher to the kitchen cabinet alcove? For some reason, my tenants appears to be able to move the dishwasher around. I did not install the dishwasher.

Why is there water leaking from the corners on the bottom of the door
For model number WDT720PADM2
Hello Radu, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that the door is properly aligned. If the problem persists, then you may need to replace the door gasket, part number PS16221222, to solve the problem. A damaged or worn out gasket can most probably cause this problem. We hope this helps.
I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters
... Read more once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
