Where is the condenser coil and how to get to it
For model number RT14BKXSQ00
Hi Lester, thank you for your question. The condenser coils are the coils that are on the back side of your appliance. If you take a look at your diagram here: https://partselectcom.azureedge.net/Schematics/Whirlpool/M8VMKPCJ.gif. They are part 3 in that diagram. You just have to pull the appliance out to get to the backside of it. Good luck with your repair.

Freezer is cold but the bottom isn't
For model number RT14BKXSQ00
Hello Kim, Thank you for the question. When the Fresh Food Section is Warm, we suggest checking the Evaporator Fan Motor. This motor is in the back of the Freezer and circulates the cold air to the Fresh Food Section. If the Fan is not running, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Broken elbow on icemaker water fill tube.
Removed 2 screws holding water fill tube to rear of refrigerator and pulled out, matched old part with new to make sure of proper match. Guide new fill tube thru hole, making sure it is aligned with slot in ice cube tray on inside of freezer. Install new plastic line from water pump outlet to water fill tube, check for leaks, job done.
