My Dacor range stove (Model: RSD30S) displays error F0. The touchpad needs to be replaced. I found the below part from your website. Could you please have a look if this is the right one for me? or any recommendation if you have.

My baking element quit working. I replaced it with a new one but still not working. Broil element works fine.

Temp sensor is failing
I did not do the repair since the part shipped was not the correct one. I have contacted Customer Service by phone and mail and nothing has been resolved.
I would, at least, like to return the incorrect part. An new one would be great but not holding out hope.
