My ref side is not cooling stays in the upper 40's but freezer working fine
For model number RS265TDPN
Hi Cassie, this is most likely something to do with the evap fan/motor. Check to see if the fan is frozen, you have to defrost your freezer. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!

Ref side is not cooling. Temperature stays in upper 40's. Freezer working fine

Refrigerator not cooling properly
Remove shelves then at bottom is a cover that holds fan in place remove a total of 6 screws. 2 of them are behind lamp lens cover you have to remove lamp lens to see them. ll fan Assy from cover. 1 screw to get to fan motor.on fan cage remove coil spring then pull cage of . Then unplug connector from fan motor. Note to clean drain hole I use a small hose/ funnel and warm water to open hole back up.

Took shelving out of freezer removed panel. Took second panel
out and removed motor. Whole repair took 45 minutes. Works perfect
