Digital display will go off and later come back on. Sometimes when cooking it will work normally, other times will cut off and display goes blank again

Thank you for your question. Try running a hair dryer on low heat over the buttons on the touchpad for a few minutes and press the buttons to see if you can get them to work. if not you will need to replace the control panel assembly. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

How do I replace the interior light?

Hi Larry, Thank you for writing. Always unplug your microwave before completing any repairs. Inside the cavity of the appliance there is a cover that unscrews to remove it and expose the Bulb to replace. We hope this helps!

The "reset filter" light will not stop blinking no matter how long i hold the button down.

Hello Stephen, thank you for your question. If the charcoal and grease filters were replaced and the light will not stop blinking try resetting the microwave by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. I hope this helps.

bulb burned out under the microwave that lights the cooktop underneath
got a screwdriver and opened the glass door over the light bulb - changed the bulb and put the glass door back with the screwdriver.

Had to replace charcoal filter
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.
