The plastic on the door below the electronics push pad is all cracked. Is there a way to replace the plastic or the door?

I have had this model for two years and all the sudden when I try and start it the fuse trips. I reset the it at the box and it comes back on but hit start it does it again. Suggestion?

Hello Wade, Thank you for the question. This is normally an indication one or more Doro Switches are defective and may need to be replaced. We suggest testing the switches to check for continuity. We hope this helps!
Cannot get the lights under the microwave to work after a power outage. I have unplugged it then plugged back in and went thru the settings menu. Chef connect does not find range.

Hello Richard, Thank you for the question. The Power surge could have shorted the bulbs and burnt them out and may need to be replaced, PartSelect Number PS8767095. We hope this helps!
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.
