Why won’t it heat?
For model number PES7227DL1BB

Your microwave may turn on but not heat up. This could be caused by a problem with the high voltage diode, which helps to power the magnetron.

I need a replacement turntable plastic ring that holds the glass plate for this model. Do you have it available? The ring Is 9-7/8” across and fits the 16-1/2” glass plate.
