It will not drain or spin out.
For model number MHW6630HW0
Hello Roy, thank you for reaching out. When the washer is not able to drain, the spin cycle will not start. We would recommend checking the drain hose and ensuring that it is not clogged or kinked. The issue can also be related to a faulty drain pump, part number PS16218041. It removes water from the washer during the drain portion of the cycle. Customer service is available seven days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Now it's is flashing 5d.
For model number MHW6630HW0
Hi Roy, thank you for the great question. 5d is actually error Sd and it means "suds". Either way, it stands for "suds," meaning that your washer does not think it can drain the water out. So if you are sure there are not too many suds in the tub, you need to pull the washer out and remove the back access panel. The drain pump is mounted to the floor below the tub, so unplug the washer and remove the drain pump. Be careful, because all the water inside the tub will come pouring out if there is any. Clean out the drain pump if you find anything inside. Now you have a few scenarios. If you can see no water in the tub and you are sure there aren't too many suds, then your pressure switch, part number PS12711555, is failing and needs to be replaced. If you drain out all the water that is in the tub and the washer begins to work but the error comes back and you're sure the drain is clear, then you need to replace the drain pump, part number PS16218041. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

One of the hinges broke, making the door sag
Using the Torx Screwdriver, we removed the door from the unit. Then we removed all of the screws on the inside of the washer door. After that we flipped it over and opened it up exposing the inside. We couldn't separate them entirely because there was a screw under the latch piece that we couldn't figure out how to get to. However with a

ll the screws out on the inside of the door, we did have enough room to open it up and access the place cover that holds the hinges in. Once we accessed that we removed the roller tips from the old unit and placed them on the new one. Then we reversed the process. With a couple screws in we realized we had put the hinge in reversed from what it needed to be, so we reopened it and switched it around. Then completed replacing all the screws and reattached it to the washer. It opens and closes perfectly and we saved a couple hundred dollars for sure, as the quote to come out had been a $150 trip charge.
