What part is needed when the microwave shuts off automatically after approximately 20 seconds, but while it is running for that short period the temperature of the water does go up

Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the following parts: door switch, part number PS8711622, interlock switch, part number PS8728091, and micro switch, part number PS8728092. If checking these does not help, then you may need to replace the control board, part number PS8730232. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Oven heating temp not turning off at set temp/overheating
Removed the wall oven to access temp probe connector strapped to the back of the oven. removed 2 screws holding probe inside the oven & replaced. Searched for the "fixing kit" thermostat part I was suggested to replace along with the probe. No thermostat type part was found in my oven, even though Bosch says it fits "somewhere". Reinstall

One of 3 rings on roller ring appeared broken. The turntable was properly revolving.
I lifted up the microwave ceramic dish and put it on countertop. Lifted out old roller ring and replaced with new one. This took 10 seconds. Carefully placed ceramic microwave dish back atop roller ring and aligned its center over stationary part that rose from bottom center of oven. This keeps ceramic plate in place as it revolves.
