Motor works, filter all clean, but does not produce water. Bucket always dry.
For model number LD301EL
Hello Dori, thank you for writing. Try doing a power reset. Unplug for 10 mins. Press the reset button and plug back in. If that doesn't do it, remove the filter and vacuum the coils really well. A third thing to do is to check to see if the float switch is stuck open. We hope this helps.

turbo stopped spinning
Had to pop open the back. The back did not just unscrew and come off. It has to be pried off carefully. Took the turbo off and put the new one on.

Problem: The display was showing a CH01 error code and the bucket full light was blinking. Research: 1) It could be a bad thermistor. 2) The error code indicates an electronic abnormality.
Action:
1. Remove the back cover from the dehumidifier. The tricky part will be the two hidden clips located under the top edge.
2. Remove the front cover. The front cover is constrained by the wire leading to the thermistor. The thermistor is located to the left of the cooling fins inside a copper tube. I used a small s ... Read more crew driver to push the thermistor from the top and out the bottom of the copper tube. Once removed, the front cover opened up from left to right.
3. Under the front cover, behind the control panel is a black cover. Remove the four screws on the black cover and remove the cover. Remove the four screws holding the circuit board and remove the circuit board.
4. Unplug the thermistor from the circuit board. Using an ohmmeter, test the thermistor: http://www.learningaboutelectronics.com/Articles/How-to-test-a-thermistor.php My thermistor tested good.
5. Visually inspect the circuit board. My circuit board had small black spots scattered about the circuit board. I took a clean dry brush and removed the small black spots. I suspect it was mold. I reassembled the electronics and turned the dehumidifier on. To my surprise the CH01 error code was gone and the dehumidifier appeared to be working. However, after further testing I discovered some of the buttons were not working. To me, this at least identified the failed part.
6. I ordered the circuit board from PartSelect: Item Number - PS3646093, Description - PCB ASSEMBLY,DISPLAY. This is this circuit board located under the control panel / display.
7. I replaced the circuit board. The dehumidifier is working well. All is good.
