Why dose my ice maker tray tilt with only a half tray of ice..? It doesn’t empty and then the water starts running with out the ice emptying?

Hello Curt, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the ice maker assembly, part number PS11738120. It It then automatically ejects the ice and refills to continue the process until the ice storage bin is full. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
You guys answered my question about the defrost heater and very appreciated, but not sure where it’s located. Is it in the refrigerator side or freezer side , haven’t ordered part yet and will after I check the old.

I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
An easy job for smaller hands. Removed the two bolts holding the light cover. Removed two electrical connections from the old switch by pinching the retaining clip,removed the switch, snapped in the new one and re-attached the connectors.
