Freezer is freezing water under the beds on the bottom of the freezer and the door to the freezer leaks like it is defrosting. I have removed the ice several times and it's still acts like it's defrosting. I sure hope you can help me fix this, and thank you for your time.

Hello Jan, thank you for your inquiry. The issue is most probably of the clogged or frozen drain tube. You may need to replace the p-trap drain tube, part number PS8691807, to fix the issue. The function of the p-trap drain kit is to carry the water that has formed during the defrost cycle to the bottom of the refrigerator, where your drain pan is located. We hope this solves your problem!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
