How do i get to the fuse in this micro wave oven?
For model number JVM3160DF1BB
Hello Carl and thank you for writing.
To get to the fuse, remove the outer cabinet of the unit, which is usually held in place with a few screws. Once the outer cabinet is removed, follow the power cord into the unit. It will take you to the fuse holder, where the fuse sits. The fuse holder is located two or three inches into the unit and may be attached to a power board. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

How do you replace the carbon filter
For model number JVM3160DF1BB
Hello Brad, Thank you for your inquiry. To replace the charcoal filter, you would need to remove the vent grille above the door. Remove the screws at the top, and grip both sides to pull the grille off. The filter should be sitting behind the grille and you would just need to pull it out, replace it and re-install the vent grille. Good luck with your repair.
