To get to the fuse, remove the outer cabinet of the unit, which is usually held in place with a few screws. Once the outer cabinet is removed, follow the power cord into the unit. It will take you to the fuse holder, where the fuse sits. The fuse holder is located two or three inches into the unit and may be attached to a power board. We hope this helps. My glass turntable broke and measures 123/4 inches in diameter i need a replacement but cant find one for this model microwave. Please advise replacement number . Thank you harvey wendel

Hello Brad, Thank you for your inquiry. To replace the charcoal filter, you would need to remove the vent grille above the door. Remove the screws at the top, and grip both sides to pull the grille off. The filter should be sitting behind the grille and you would just need to pull it out, replace it and re-install the vent grille. Good luck with your repair.

Microwave not heating food up
For model number JVM3160DF1BB
Hello Ed, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the high voltage diode, part number PS12342226. It is an electrical current control device inside the microwave. It provides high voltage that powers the magnetron. The high voltage diode is located near the high-voltage capacitor. If the diode is faulty, you may face no heating issues in the microwave. We hope this information helps!
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.

Unplug all wire terminations and set control panel aside. 4. Remove two screws securing latch board, lift and rotate board

Note 1. Take care to located new latch board so holding tabs line up, pass through frame, and openings for door tangs line up with openings in frame before securing with screws.
