Need a tool to open bulb cover
For model number HBL57M52UC
Hello Marjan, Thank you for writing. The Glass Cover for the Bulb in the Oven does not need a tool. We suggest a glove with a grip to help unscrew the glass cover from the base. We hope this helps!

Microwave was sparking
Replaced the wave cover. Unscrewed existing cover that is at the top inside the microwave. Screwed in the new cover.
Took about 30 seconds to do. Bosch service wanted over $100 for a service call plus parts and labor. Did it myself in seconds for under $10.
