The pull cord doesn't want to catch to start it
For model number H2500
Hi Elwin, thank you for reaching out. This could be due to a worn or damaged pull cord. The pull cord might be worn out or damaged, preventing it from catching properly. We would suggest inspecting it. If it is damaged, you will need to replace the starter housing, part number PS16429225, as the pull cord comes with it. We hope this solves your problem!
