Does the GE water filtration system GXSL03C take the same replacement filters as the GXSL03?

Hi Stevan, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our research, these are the same models. The model number GXSL03 is just the trimmed version. The compatible filter assembly for your model is part number PS220404. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
I simply replaced the old O-ring; rubbed a bit of petroleum jelly around the seal and rescrewed the filter cannister back in place. It was easy, and worked like a charm!
