It seems the sensor to lock the lid is busted..Was wondering if the part "Lid Lock Striker" is the part I need.

Hello Tom, thank you for the question. The part you are looking for is the lid switch assembly, part number PS16554755. The lid lock keeps your washer lid closed during the washing cycle. Good luck with your repair!
The machine is not agitating, spinning or draining. There isn’t any noise when it’s in those cycles. The control panel is advancing between each mode, but other than filling with water it doesn’t do anything. There is zero noise other than filling and the lid lock. I replaced the lid lock already and it is working properly. Belt is new and in place. The agitator itself still has tension when I spin it, looser one way and tighter the other. Is it possible the motor is bad?

Spun clothes out went to take clothes out hour later tub had filled half way up

Hello Billy, thank you for reaching out. If the tub of your washer is filling with water, then you may need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS12726769, to fix the issue. The water inlet valve allows water to flow into the washer. If it is not working properly, it may fill the washer with water unnecessarily. We hope this solves your problem!
Can not get hot and cold water connections in back of washer back on. They are still leaking.

Hi Jean, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend aligning the water supply lines. Tight the hot and cold water supply lines properly to prevent them from leakage. If the issue persists, we would suggest checking the water inlet valve assembly, part number PS12726769, for any damage. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Drain all the water out of the tub with a shop vac Remove rear drain hose and drained rest of water into a bucket Remove small rear panel (bottom left hand corner) where the drain hose connects Tipped washer up about 45 degrees to get underneath it - Supported it with a few paint cans Remove internal drain hose/clamps

Read morefrom pump - w/ pliers Remove belt cover (gray plastic) with socket - 3 bolts Remove wire assembly plug from socket Remove old drain pump with socket - 3 bolts Install new drain pump - 3 bolts - plug wire assembly into socket Reinstall belt cover - 3 bolts Reinstall hose to drain pump (note panel will be inside washer) Feed drain hose panel through hole and reinstall - 1 nut Re attached drain hose to exterior drain plug You are done !
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
