The washer keeps filling I don't think it's sensing

Hello Samuel, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Water Pressure hose for a blockage or build up preventing the water from reaching the pressure switch. This issue could also indicate the pressure switch on the User Interface Board is faulty and not sensing the water pressure. You can also test the Water Inlet Valve to make sure it is working properly. Set your multitester to the ohms resistance scale X 1. Place each of the meter's probes to one terminal. Because the reading can vary from brand to brand and from model to model, there is no one reading you should receive. However, if your test produces a reading of infinity, then the solenoid is bad and the water valve should be replaced. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

There is no water flowing into the washing machine

Hello Tio, thank you for contacting us. The issue is most probably related to a faulty water inlet valve, part number PS12726769. It supplies water to the washer and its faultiness can make the washer water deficient. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

It fills too much water and stops mid wash cycle. It won't spin when I set it to drain and spin to empty the water. It still drains the water.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your question. If the washer fills with too much water, has spinning issues, and stops mid-cycle, we recommend checking the lid lock and the electronic control board. Before removing and inspecting these parts, please unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. For the lid lock, first verify that it is being activated mechanically and that any levers or actuators are not damaged or sticking. If you can activate it mechanically, then test the lid lock for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. Touch the probes to the terminals, then press and hold the switch button down. You should receive a reading of zero. If not, you will need to replace the lid lock. For the electronic control board, first make sure that the wiring connections to it are fitted correctly. If the wiring is fine, visually inspect the electronic control board for signs of damage, wear, scorching, and burn marks. If you notice any of these signs, it will have to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Would not drain the water from the tub.
Very simple to repair. Be sure to drain the tub outside or into the sump pump then lay the washer on its side. The pump is right there on the bottom of the basket with 3 bolts. You will also need to remove the belt cover to get to the plug. So simple and saves you hundreds off repair man prices.
