String does not feed. Why? New spool of line. Advancing mechanism is not clogged with clippings; it is able to move freely.

Broken power input terminal
I found this unit by the side of the road. One power input terminal was loose. Inside it was broken. Replacement was to remove the screws, pull out the wire, and cut the wire next to the terminal. I was able to strip the wire and crimp it in the terminal. I then soldered both terminals for a good connection.
